Better to learn about a tree’s bark than to bark up the wrong tree

The discovery trail “wood” runs along the River Triebisch and has 10 stations. Boards display the various aspects of wood starting with different kinds of wood, their use and the finished products. Moreover, you will learn about the structure of wood and how the growth rings develop. The Senses Trail lets you experience the forest with all your senses.
